Early Season Action

The University of California at Santa Barbara Wrestling Club got off to an earlier start than usual this year, with three wrestlers attending the Roadrunner Open in Bakersfield on Nov. 5. The competition was extremely tough, with NCAA teams like Cal State Bakersfield and Cal Poly on hand, but it was a good experience for our wrestlers. Dec. 10 saw our squad go to the NCWA California tournament at San Jose State. Three wrestlers attended this time and Eli Kamisher won the 174 lb. weight class.
