UNH tops URI

The University of New Haven tops Rhode Island in the first ever dual meet for the Chargers in school history. Major wins came from freshmen Jacob Edelman and Ralphie Mirabella, along with Sophomore Mike Molino, who all recieved pins in the matches. The Chargers coach Alex Nagy said, " The guys wresled tough and came away with a good win. URI isn"t an easy team to beat and they showed us what kind of competition were looking at for the upcoming season." The Chargers are excited to start the season with a victory and plan on several more before their Christmas break.
