Lee Places 2 Wrestlers At Classic City Championships

ATHENS, GA - The Lee Flames placed two wrestlers at the 4th Annual Classic City Championships on Saturday, February 7th. Senior Joe Jellison posted a 3-1 record in the 125 pound weight class and earned a second place finish, while freshman Chris Jones placed fourth in the 197 pound weight class. The Marion Military Institute, the University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University, and Mercer University were the top four teams in Saturday's tournament. The Flames will return to action again on Saturday, February 21, at the 2nd Annual NCWA Tennessee State Duals. Lee University will co-host the event with Tennessee Temple University.
