NCWA Holds it's own Against Other Divisions
With the NCWA vs. NAIA All-Star Challenge occurring this weekend at the Lone Star Duals (1/16/10 at 6 pm Central), here is some information on how the NCWA has fared against inter-division opponents this season. Keep in mind that SIU-Edwardsville is a NCAA-D1 program that participates in the NCWA for the postseason only—they have faced 6 ranked NCAA opponents so far this year and 2 other very talented squads (Purdue/Eastern Michigan) and will face Northern Illinois on 1/29/10. UT-Arlington will be facing New Mexico Highlands, Newman University, and Nebraska-Kearney at the Lone Star and Texas A&M will face NM-Highlands and Newman.
